If you are new, Sunflower Naturals has been online since August 16th of 2004. The past, present and future of Sunflower Naturals - the best online resource for a large variety of natural solutions.
 
Sunflower Naturals was created to help provide the education needed regarding the harmful health effects of ingredients in common cleaning and body care products used in our homes every day. The site provides solutions to help reduce chemicals in the home, our bodies and ultimately the environment and returned in our food and water supplies to improve our health and the health of our planet.
 
Many common ingredients in conventional consumer goods cause harm at point-of-use as well as long term as the chemical build up in the water, soil and air.
 
Some of the chemicals that are absorbed through the skin or inhalation of contaminated air from cleaning and body care products used in the home have been shown to increase the risk of developing numerous long-term, non-communicable diseases as well as reduced fertility. These diseases include asthma/allergies, diabetes, cancer, male reproductive disorders, female reproductive disorders and often increase the risk of harm to unborn children.
